Came in on a friday night about 7:30. Was glad to see one of my favorite servers Michael here. I know right away service would be good. No beers on draught but they do have stella and A cold frosty glass. I knew I wanted to try the Chicago pie but since I was flying solo that evening I could only get a personal size. Which I know took away from the over all quality. However..my little pie was good! The crust was nice and flaky. Not the dough bomb I had at other pseudo Chicago pizza places. Got mine with sausage...Must say it was a very bold sausage..lots of fennel. Too much for me but I'm usually a vegi pizza person don't take my word for it. Stuffed with lots of cheese (moo is my friend ) and covered in In a delicious sauce. All of the servers were very friendly . The back of the house is working on perfecting their timing so give them a break. They've only been open 3 weeks people! I'll be back with friends and get a nice big pie so we can offer a proper review. In the meantime ..try it for yourself. Ask for michael. Don't bitch about the wait time..these are Chicago pies people..not new York thin crust. And yes it might cost more but even their small pie Is. plenty for 3 people Have a beer..sit back and chill and give this small business and chance At least it's not a chain!!

I came here with a group from the office and I'm not sure any of us will return. The food wasn't super bad, however, nothing was seasoned and it took a really long time. I ordered fettucine alfredo, which turned out to be a bit dryish and pasty tasting. The staff were a bit slow and seemed disorganized/poorly trained. The only dish we enjoyed was garlic cheesy bread, which was cheesy but not very garlicky. Nonetheless, it was toasty and good. Overall, they've got a lot of opportunity for improvement. Hopefully they'll figure it out!

This place just opened on April 15th and we just heard about it today, April 17, so we came in because I just had to try it as I am a huge pizza fan! We tried Giordannas in Orlando and were unimpressed but this place is very good! We ordered the special stuffed crust that came with sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms and it was delicious! The sauce was a little bit sweeter than my normal taste and there was a little bit of grease under the pizza but hey it happens! It was so good we definitely will be back. We ordered garlic bread as an appetizer and that was also very good. The sauce that came out had bits of tomato and garlic in it so it seemed fresh to me haha! Everything we had was very good and our server Chris was very attentive and friendly. They weren't many people in here because I'm not sure many people know it's open. If you like pizza, try this place, if you like stuff crust pizza, try this place. It was great! They have thin crust pizza too.

True Chicago style DEEP dish pizza pie. It's like a pizza casserole. If you like Chicago style pizza, this is the place for you. Be prepared to wait because it takes nearly an hour to bake a pie this thick, but its worth the time it takes...

well despite advertising the gluten free pizza they did not had it and our friend had to go back without eating!!! ALSO, expensive and long wait periods!!!

Terrible service. Hope they get better. Waited 30 min to get a side salad and then after waiting an hour for our pizza we were told it was going to be another 40 min, so we just had to leave. Our waiter couldn't even keep our waters full while we waited.

The down low: The actual pizza is pretty unique in appearance in that the sauce is on top of the toppings. That's where they get the "stuffed pizza" trademark, and I hope you're ready for it. It, like most Chicago pizza, is more about the cheese than the crust (I know Gino's in Chicago is a bit different but the mantra is still there). This crust is unique in that it's crispy on the bottom despite the mozzarella lava flowing on top of it. That crunch becomes pivotal in my assessment of the pizza as a whole. The service was quick and curt and generally stayed out of my hair. Cheesy garlic bread was crispy and cheesy but not very garlicky. The sauce it was served with was tomatoey without feeling like a giant can of tomato sauce, but I'm not a tomato sauce connoisseur so others may not like it. It takes a good 45 minutes to make a cheesy pizza. This isn't your super fast pizzeria and shouldn't be considered as such. The rest is decent enough, and nothing about my overall experience would lead me to not suggest this place as a dinner destination. It's relative anonymity is a boon for conversation and the prices are acceptable enough for a group of people to dine.

Went there for dinner shortly after they opened and it was awful. Should've known better than to eat there when we were one of three occupied tables. Amazingly enough, it still took almost an hour for the pizza. We couldn't even eat it! It was so salty that one bite ruined my appetite. The "manager" came over trying to explain the salt levels blah blah blah.. Buddy, it's saltier than the ocean! Deal with it! We left without paying and picked up Publix subs! Never again!!

After two years waiting for this place to open my husband and I were really excited to see it had finally opened. We pull in, parking lot is full, open sign is lit up... But they are currently closed for "improvements". I give up with this place. I was really looking forward to it as I've been to the Orlando location.

Not going to make it. This Pizza restaurant doesn't seem to be sustainable, put aside the 40+ minute wait for a pizza. The prices dont seem at the right price point. Servers/management need more experience. Maybe they should call "Restaurant: Impossible" for a few pointers.

I have to say i was worried when i read the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to have an excellent experience. Service was excellent. Pizza sauce was unique and loaded with flavor. I have never had such a good pizza sauce. The pasta dish and salads were also great. This location is clean, bright and in a great area. The building does feel a bit empty though. I will definitely return.

First impressions go a long way with me, and I am not impressed with this place. My husband and I live close by, love pizza and we try to support new businesses in the area by at least trying them once. We attempted to eat at this location on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant itself seemed dirty, and incomplete, and there were only a few parties dining. After 5 minutes of looking over the menu and not even being acknowledged by any of the employees, we left to go to Tijuana Flats...where they always greet you as soon as they walk in!

2 stars because my server was nice. My salad was over priced and under expectation. Pasta dish was greasy and reminded me of canned chef boyardee sauce. Breadstick was white and raw. Chicken was not seasoned, not even salt or pepper. Based on mine an others experience I won't be back back and I bet this place will be out of business soon

We all have those bad days, and mine was just that baaad! So we went for pizza. 1st time I tried this place and it was pretty empty, but it was also a Monday nite. My bad luck must have rubbed off cause they ruined our chicago deep dish. I coulda been mad, but hey they were honest and even did another quick pizza for us. I will recommend this place again!!! $

The two stars are for the waitress - she was very kind. But it was clear that neither she nor anyone else there had a clue. The service was extremely slow and our food came out cold - which shouldn't have happened because we were 5 of the 15 people in the restaurant. One person had a gnat in her food. Another couldn't eat her bread because it was so hard. Another was charged an extra dollar for the cheese on his Philly Cheesesteak. The food would have been much better if it wasn't cold. There was no uniformity - 4 of us ordered the house special sandwich. 2 of us had sandwiches that were drowning and 2 had to ask for additional sauce because their sandwich was so dry. It was a very disappointing visit and we won't be back.

I'll start by saying the server was pleasant. The salad was sad, the food was lukewarm at best. The cheesesteak looked like dog food. I will never ever go back.

I went there and got the thick crust pizza. It took about 25 minutes to get the pizza and it was well worth it. Both the pizza and the service was excellent. I will definitely go back.

Wanted to get the deep dish pizza but was told it would be at least 45 minutes so we got the personal sized regular pepperoni. Crust was somewhat overcooked but the sauce and topping was passable but nothing extraordinary. Saw lots of unhappy customers in a short period. Pricing was high. Had high expectations for this place, very underwhelmed to say the least. Will not return.

I had a good experience today. The staff was really friendly, and the pizza was great!!

Mediocre at best... The pizza lacked any stuffing besides cheese, despite the fact that we ordered the supreme deep dish pizza. We also ordered a Greek salad, which instead came with balsamic dressing. Overpriced food, poor service, and above all, infuriating when a manager continuously makes up excuses.

This place is the bomb. If you are from Chicago and miss the pizza and Italian food this place will satisfy your cravings. I moved to Florida from Chicago 18 years ago and have not been able to find anything that was as good as Chicago stuffed pizza until I stopped here. I am impressed not only with there pizza but with the entire menu and I will be returning on a regular basis.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
